Known for delivering exceptional results and building high-performing teams, Emmanuel has generated multimillion-dollar revenues across West, East, and Southern Africa, consistently exceeding performance targets while creating enduring value for customers, partners, and stakeholders across the continent.
The Career
Emmanuel currently serves as Territory Manager for East Africa, Emerging South Africa, and West Africa at Cisco Systems, one of the world’s foremost networking and digital infrastructure companies. In this role, he leads strategic growth initiatives, partner ecosystems, and enterprise digital transformation programs for some of the continent’s most significant organisations across multiple countries simultaneously.
Before joining Cisco, Emmanuel held senior leadership positions at Globacom, Etisalat Nigeria, and the Teledom Group. Across these roles, he successfully led enterprise sales operations, technology infrastructure projects, business expansion strategies, and large-scale digital solutions for government institutions, multinational corporations, and leading private sector organisations. His track record is one of consistent delivery in environments of complexity, ambiguity, and high expectation.

The Mandate

Through AEEWF, Emmanuel is providing young people from Akwa Ibom State with free, world-class technical training in Networking Certification (CCNA) and Alternative Energy Installation, equipping them with globally recognised professional qualifications and the practical skills to build careers that transform not just their own lives, but the communities they come from.
